Pricing is based on the number of active students managed during an academic year. This reflects the actual workload — regulatory documentation, hospital capacity coordination, and supervision tracking all increase with student numbers.
Annual plans cover one full academic year at a discounted rate. Semi-annual plans cover two separate 6-month clinical rotation cycles billed individually, which costs more overall. Institutions choosing annual billing benefit from the lowest total cost.
ClinPlacer applies a soft limit policy. Institutions are allowed a reasonable buffer above their subscribed limit to accommodate intake variations. When limits are consistently exceeded, schools are notified and upgrades are applied at renewal — never mid-term.
Yes. All plans include core compliance features — approved hospital registries, department capacity controls, student-supervisor tracking, complete audit trails, and exportable inspection reports. These are available on every tier, not locked behind upgrades.
